It explains our booking process, working hours, payment methods, cancellation and rescheduling terms, ensuring both clients and therapists enjoy a smooth, secure, and professional service experience from booking confirmation to session completion.
Working Hours
Our home massage service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across Dubai. We aim to provide fast and convenient appointments whenever you need professional massage therapy. In most cases, our therapist arrives at your location within 25 to 40 minutes of booking, depending on traffic and your location.
To ensure availability and timely service, we recommend booking your appointment at least 1 hour in advance.
Booking Confirmation
Your appointment will only be confirmed after we receive the required booking information. This helps us assign the nearest available therapist and provide a smooth experience.
Please provide:
- WhatsApp number
- Complete address
- Villa number, apartment number, hotel name, or room number (where applicable)
- Your current location
Once these details are verified, our team will confirm your booking and dispatch the therapist.
Payment Policy
We accept the following payment methods:

- Online Payment
Payment must be completed before the massage session begins. Once the therapist arrives at your location, payment confirmation is required prior to starting the treatment. This policy helps ensure a smooth and secure experience for both our clients and therapists.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your massage appointment at any time for a genuine reason before the therapist has started traveling to your location without any cancellation charges.
However, once the therapist is on the way to your location, the booking is considered active. Cancellations made after the therapist has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover travel time and operational costs.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform our support team as soon as possible.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to change your appointment time, simply contact us before the therapist has started traveling to your location. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time based on therapist availability.
Once the therapist has been dispatched, rescheduling requests may be subject to availability. We recommend informing our team as early as possible to ensure a smooth rescheduling process.
